NIH funds research aimed at large scale metabolomics analysis Andrew Patterson, assistant professor of molecular toxicology, received funding toward advancing large scale metabolomics studies. His project, titled "Optimized Metabolite Extraction, Separation, and Identification for Metabolomics" will address and aim to improve each of these three key essential aspects of metabolomics projects. The funding is provided by the Metabolomics division of the NIH common funds program. (9/19/2012)
